Refund & Return Policy
At KiKaBoo, we aim to deliver cute and high-quality products to our customers. If you face any issue with your order, please read the following policy carefully.
• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• An unboxing video is mandatory to claim damage or incorrect product.
• If the return request is approved, we will provide a replacement product.
• Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not available.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
